What to Submit for Your Webinar or Workshop Critique
Manuscript pages must be submitted in as a Word doc formatted correctly to the industry standard, including:
• typed with black ink on 8 1/2 x 11-inch white paper
• in a 12-point font that’s either Arial or Times New Roman
• numbered consecutively
• and have margins that are 1-inch on each side of the paper.

Make sure your name, address, phone number and email address are included on the first page of your submission, and name and title are included on all the subsequent pages.
See your event page for information on the number of pages for your critique or specific guidelines.
Save your document with the file name in this format: EventName-YourName
Replace EventName with the name of your event and YourName with your name, for example: DunhamWorkshop-SamanthaClark
How to Submit Pages for Manuscript Critique
Manuscripts must be correctly formated and emailed as an attachment to Samantha Clark at austin @ scbwi.org (no spaces) with the subject line: [Event Name] Critique – [your name].
Replace [Event Name] with the name of your event and [your name] with your name, for example: Dunham Workshop Critique – Samantha Clark
What to Expect From Your Manuscript Critique
These are written critiques, which means you will get notes within your manuscript. The written notes will be emailed to you within 2 months of the submission deadline.
