The conference features tiered pricing for Saturday-only, Sunday-only and full-conference attendance, with discounted early-bird pricing available until Jan. 1, 2014. Look at all the prices in the FAQ.
New this year are a Professional Development track, an Illustrators track and pitches available on Sunday.
The Sunday intensives will be split into writer intensives and illustrator intensives. Each track will have two 2-hour intensive sessions. Writers will learn from Matt de la Peña and Sarah Ketchersid and illustrators will learn from Laurent Linn and Kelly Murphy.
Saturday attendees may join the faculty and Austin SCBWI team for a networking dinner for an additional price. Critiques and the Portfolio Showcase are also available for an additional price. This year, we're thrilled to introduce the Cynthia Leitich Smith Writing Mentor Award. The winner will be decided from the manuscript critiques.
