I’m a librarian. I have ALWAYS loved children’s books.

What’s the best part of your job?

There are lots of best parts, but the very best part is when a child says, “Hey, how did you do that?” with one of my illustrations.

What’s the most challenging part of your job?

Forcing myself to stop with the revisions and move on to submitting.

What’s the best piece of advice you were given that helped drive your career?

Slow down and enjoy every step of the process.
